What happens in a session?

An Accelerate Growth Session follows a simple structure:

  • A discussion to identify your current challenge.
  • Determine your goal and how it will be achieved.
  • Mindset change process to accelerate your personal or professional growth.

A one-time activity is agreed upon at the end of the Growth Session and is recommended to be completed within 3 days after your session.

Depending on the goal(s) you want to achieve, it may be possible to work on more than one goal in the same session.

How quickly will I feel better?

If you are feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed, relief can be felt in a matter of minutes - and is lasting.

If your stress is causing you a physiological response in your body. For example, anxiety can cause nausea, shortness of breath or nervousness. You will immediately feel a level of physiological relief.

If your stress is psychological (mental or emotional) you will feel lighter, more relaxed and will have more clarity by the end of your session.

Stress relief is limited to the challenge (situation or condition) addressed in your session.

How will I feel during a session?

Mentally you will be focused and physically your body will be deeply relaxed, this is typically a very positive and peaceful state.

As we are facing your challenge, your distress may temporarily increase before dissipating. This is normal and we only proceed with the process if it is safe to do so.

How will I feel after a session?

You will leave the session feeling lighter and more relaxed, similar to the feeling after yoga, meditation, having a spa or a massage. Depending on your challenge, you may feel energised, excited and ready to take on the world.

You will experience your challenge differently or you may never experience that challenge again. What was previously a challenging or helpless situation/ condition, will now be more manageable and effortless. You will overcome your unhelpful thoughts, feelings and reactions to the situation/ condition, and you will begin to see solutions and opportunities rather than roadblocks and reasons to stay “stuck”.
