Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, which is to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancelling a session

In the event of your cancelling your session, 100% refund is available up to 24 hours prior to your confirmed session. A 50% booking refund will be issued if cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your confirmed session.

Non-attendance

Session fees are non-refundable and are charged full session price if you do not attend, cancel or reschedule a session before the confirmed session start time.

Rescheduling a session

You may reschedule your session at no charge more than 24 hours prior to your confirmed session. You can do so via your confirmation email you received by clicking the reschedule. Alternatively, if you have created an account, you can login via the website www.janejones.co

Rescheduling your session within 24 hours prior, you will incur a $20 change fee payable at the time of rescheduling. To reschedule within 24 hours prior to your session, please email bookings@janejones.co to request to transfer your session date.

Punctuality

To ensure you receive full benefit from your session, please log in to your session 5 minutes prior to your confirmed session start time. Your session video meeting link can be found in your confirmation email from Jane Jones. We do not want to disappoint you by not being able to use the full time time that you have paid for. Regardless of the session start time, you will be charged the full session price.

In the event that there are any technical issues from Jane Jones’ end, your session time will be made up at a mutually beneficial time which will be agreed upon by Jane and the client together.

High-Speed Mindset Change Process (PSYCH-K®) Disclaimer

The PSYCH-K® process is not designed to diagnose medical conditions, nor is it a substitute for medical attention or diagnosis, drug therapy, surgery, radiation, or other conventional medical interventions or mental health assistance. Medical exams and diagnostic evaluations by your physician or other mental health professionals are an important aspect for healing and wellbeing. This high-speed mindset change (PSYCH-K®) process is strictly limited to the modification of subconscious self-limiting beliefs. PSYCH-K® is a helpful resource and may offer benefits for many psychological and spiritual concerns. Please consult with a physician or mental health therapist if you are concerned about engaging in the use of PSYCH-K® processes.

Please understand that the work we do together is not a therapy, and by entering into this commitment you are affirming that you are emotionally stable, in sound psychological health, and personally responsible for all of your own decisions and commitments.

Confidentiality Policy

During a one-on-one session, notes will be taken and all information you share during our sessions will be kept strictly confidential as the laws permit.  

There are exceptional and rare circumstances beyond the normal boundaries of confidentiality:

  • Where a client is at immediate risk of causing serious harm to themselves or others

  • Where Statutory Law requires disclosure

  • When the practitioner is subpoenaed or summoned as a witness in a Court of Law

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Jane Jones will not give or sell your contact details to any third party, nor use them for any purpose other than to send you updates or any major announcements relating to my work. We will never collect or capture any personal or private information without your knowledge. If you wish to either be removed from our list, or change your preferences, please follow the instructions at the foot of every email ‘unsubscribe’ or contact me via support@janejones.co

This privacy policy sets out how Jane Jones (“we/us”, to include those working with Jane Jones to develop and maintain this site, and promote her work) uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website or, where applicable, otherwise join one of our mailing lists, events or groups. Jane Jones is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.

  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. We will only do this if you have subscribed to an appropriate list.

Success stories and testimonials

As a client you agree to allow the sharing of your success stories/ testimonials publicly through written formats. Names and identifying details will be modified to maintain anonymity whenever possible if requested. Written success stories/ testimonials may be included in brochures, websites, articles, blogs or other media suitable for written content. If you prefer your success stories/ testimonial not be shared, please make a request in writing so it may be noted and respected.

Video and audio file success stories/ testimonials may be shared publicly in all viewing/audio formats including, but not limited to, Webinars, Websites, YouTube, Vimeo, In-person viewing, or other video/audio sharing methods. Because these methods will show your image and your voice will be heard we make no guarantee, nor warrant who will or will not have access to your video/audio file. Software available in the market place makes it possible for video/audio information to be dubbed, spliced, or used without our knowledge or permission. Therefore, use of any video/audio files will be posted/shared only with your express permission either in writing or given verbally.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

  • whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate which (if any) of our lists you would like to join for direct information/marketing purposes

  • ask that we delete your information if we do not have a good cause to retain it; or

  • otherwise object to the way in which we use your information.
